The Leadership Program
The Arrow Australia Leadership Program spans a two-year period and entails three main components:
1. Five-day Residentials
Participants travel to Melbourne for four week-long interactive residentials led by some of Australia's most capable Christian, business and civic leaders.
The residential dates for Arrow 10 (2011/2012) are:
- First Residential, 9-13 May 2011
- Second Residential, 7-11 November 2011
- Third Residential, 16-20 April 2012
- Fourth Residential, 12-16 November 2012
2. Guided Reading Program
Participants read a range of leadership and evangelism literature and complete some personal development projects. The journal used to aid participants and mentors is available below.

3. Mentoring and Guided Reflection
Each month for 18 months, participants will meet with a trained mentor to discuss life, and ministry issues, their reading, and progress on a leadership development plan.
Accreditation
A partnership between Arrow Leadership Australia and the Australian College of Ministries (ACOM) allows Arrow participants to complete a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master of Arts (Christian Leadership) as part the Arrow program. - It's national
- It's interdenominational
- It's for a select group of emerging leaders
- It provides critical assessment of Australian culture and evangelism in that context
- It allows participants to interact with outstanding Christian, business and civic leaders and creative thinkers
- It builds a unique peer-network for each participant with gifted leaders from other churches‚ para-church groups and denominations.

Selection of Participants
The Arrow program is aimed at young leaders‚ both men and women, in full time ministry and who: -
- Are between 25 and 40 years of age at the time of applying for Arrow
- Are committed to the fulfillment of the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20)
- Have demonstrated leadership capacity
- Desire to become more like Christ
- Want to increase their effectiveness by developing their skills and competencies
- Sense a God-given vision they wish to sharpen and pursue with their whole heart
- Are willing to be challenged in their growth both by mentors and peers
- Reflect diverse denominational and para-church groups within Australia

Fees
The fee is available on application. The fee covers:-
- All conferences, accommodation, meals and tuition
- All program materials (excluding books purchased for the Guided Reading Program)
- The Arrow Journal and Guided Reading Program
- One-on-one mentoring with an Arrow-trained mentor
- Leadership assessment tools and follow-up consultation
- Contact and liaison time with the Arrow staff
The Arrow Leadership program is subsidised by the generous donation of supporters and volunteers.
