Arrow Australia is the premier Christian provider of training, in the non-tertiary sector, for emerging and mature leaders .
At Arrow we facilitate development and learning that transforms the lives of tomorrow's leaders today, and shapes how they are able to transform the context of their work/vocation through their ministry and mission.
The Arrow Leadership Program was established in Australia in 1995. Since then eight groups have progressed though a two-year leadership and spiritual growth program with over 230 graduates. Arrow 9 graduates in September 2011 and Arrow 10 commenced in February 2011.
Arrow is committed to identifying emerging leaders within the Church and selecting the most eligible to participate in the Arrow leadership program. The program focuses on developing transformational leaders, who are capable of taking the given context and engage their church community or mission to bring renewal and transformation, and so when complete the community is stronger and more connected to the community it desires to reach and serve.
The Arrow Australia Leadership Program
This
is a 2-year course designed to develop emerging Christian leaders. Male and female participants aged 25-40 are drawn from every state and territory and participate in the program concurrent with their full-time ministry. Arrow focuses on areas that make a positive difference to their leadership.
The Arrow Alumni
program
New for 2012 the Arrow Alumni program is for the more experience leader and is part of our continuing investment in the over 200 Arrow graduates serving in the church across Australia.
We know that
the role of a leader can be often lonely and challenging, so with stimulating new material, mentoring and peer reflection
designed to re-energize our passion for leadership and God's calling in our work we hope to equip our Alumni with renewed
passion for leadership.
The Arrow Executive program
The transformational leadership program is
for
marketplace professionals - Christian men and women who have taken up their vocation in business, health, law, education
etc., who still remain committed to their walk of faith, but hunger to make a more confident faith and work connection in their
vocation. We know many church pastors who would love to encourage some of their professional men and women in their congregations to participate in an Arrow Exec program.
