Program

The Arrow Australia Leadership Program takes place over a two-year period and consists of three main components

1. Five-day Conferences
Over the course of the program participants will travel to Melbourne for three week-long interactive conferences led by some of Australia’s most capable Christian, business and civic leaders.  The dates for the 2009/2010 program are as follows:
  • Conference 1,  29 June – 3 July 2009
  • Conference 2,  1-5 March 2010
  • Conference 3,  30 August – 3 September 2010
2. Guided Reading Program & Projects
Participants are asked to read a range of leadership and evangelism literature and complete a number of personal development projects.  On average these require not more than two to three hours per week to complete.
3. Mentoring & Guided Reflection
Each month for 16 months, participants will meet with a trained mentor, selected in consultation with the Program Director, to discuss progress on a leadership development plan.
