Rev Karl Faase - Executive Director
Karl is Senior Pastor of Gymea Baptist, a multi-faceted church with a heart for reaching its community, Sydney's southern suburbs. He is a graduate of Arrow 1 (1995/1996) and was Arrow’s Program Director from 2003 to 2008.
Karl is host of "Face to Face", a television program shown on the Australian Christian Channel and cable networks in Asia and UK and his radio spots are heard around Australia. Karl is married to Jane and has three adult children, Timothy, Ainsley and Ellie.
Rev Julian Dunham - Program DirectorJulian began pastoral ministry at New Hope Baptist in 1991 and in 1996 moved to serve at New Peninsula. In 1999, he initiated New Peninsula's highly effective Ministry Training Program.
Julian is a graduate of Arrow 4 (2001/2002) and was Senior Pastor at Lilydale Baptist Church from 2004 to 2008. In addition to Arrow, Julian consults with the Baptist Union of Victoria in church planting. Julian and his wife Amanda have four daughters Jemima, Matilda, Mabel and Elsie.

Rev Andrew Katay - New South Wales/Australian Capital TerritoryAndrew is married to Catriona and has three children. He worked in student ministry for 15 years with St Barnabas, Broadway and as Anglican Chaplain to Sydney University. Andrew is now Senior Minister of Christ Church Anglican, a multi-site church in Sydney's delicious Inner West. He's a graduate of Arrow 4 (2001/02) and loves golf, cycling, leadership and church growth but mostly his family.
Pastor Ruth Limkin - Queensland/Northern TerritoryRuth is a graduate of Arrow 7 (2007/08). As well as being a freelance journalist, she is pastor for the young adults movement at Northside Church in Brisbane, Queensland with her husband Stephen. Together they want to see a wholegeneration empowered to change their world. Ruth also oversees the Northside's communication.
Julie-Anne Laird - Victoria/TasmaniaJulie-anne works as an evangelist at Melbourne University with Christian Union where she trains and equips students in this massive task! She spends the rest of the time hanging out with her friends and loving her husband Andrew and four children, Jasmine, Stephanie, Cameron and Bradman. Julie-Anne has very few hobbies but does like sleeping in, talking and drinking very good coffee which takes up a lot of time if you do it well.
Rev Mark O’Brien - Western AustraliaMark is the Team Leader-Pastor of Warnbro Community Church of Christ in Perth‚ Western Australia, is married to Nikki and has three children. He is a graduate of Arrow 3 (1999/2000) and has nearly completed his D.Min with Dallas Theological Seminary.

Des Ong - New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory
Des is married to Vanessa and they have a little one Kalycia. He is the Associate Pastor at Carlingford Baptist Church and a graduate of Arrow 7 (2007/08). As well as being in executive leadership and a life coach, in 2010 Des will be leading a church plant in the north west of Sydney. He also enjoys golf, basketball, travelling the world and engaging with different cultures.
Mark Westhuyzen - Queensland/Northern TerritoryAfter many years of volunteer leadership in youth ministry and worship Mark began vocational ministry in 2004 and now works at Enoggera Baptist. He is married Alexia and his interests include playing and watching sport, hanging out, socializing, science and landscaping. Mark is a graduate of Arrow 7 (2007/08) and is most passionate about reaching and growing young people for Christ.
Rev Tim Hein - South AustraliaTim is the Minister of CitySoul, a church plant in the CBD of Adelaide. He is also a Strategic Consultant with Capacity Builders, and speaks and lectures regularly. He has ministered in a variety of contexts over the past decade, including Tabor College Victoria, Concern Australia, and Hope Valley Uniting Church. He is a graduate of Arrow 5 (2003/04) and his favourite three girls are his wife Priscilla and daughters Claudia and Zoe.
Peter Carolane - Victoria/TasmaniaFor the past decade Peter has worked in youth ministry and evangelism. In 2003 he founded "Mustard", a schools ministry movement connecting with over 30 schools. Since 2004 Peter has been team leader of youth and young adults’ ministry at St Hilary's Anglican Church Kew.
Peter trained as a classical viola player and over the past 15 years has recorded and played in the Melbourne band scene. A graduate of Arrow 5 (2003/04), he is currently completing a PhD in Aboriginal Mission History.

Rev Peter Corney
Peter is a previous Executive Director of Arrow Australia and is Vicar Emeritus of St Hilary's Anglican Church, Kew. He is married to Merril and was the founding Director of the Institute for Contemporary Christian Leadership.
Bishop Stephen HaleStephen is now Senior Minister of St Hilary's and St Silas' Anglican Church, Kew, having previously been the Bishop of the Eastern Region of the Diocese of Melbourne. He is married to Karen, a graduate of Arrow 4 (2001/02). Stephen has been involved with Arrow since its inception in Australia in 1994 and is chair of the Arrow Leadership Australia Board.
