Rev Karl Faase - Executive Director
For over ten years, Karl Faase has been Senior Pastor of Gymea Baptist Church, a multi-faceted church with a heart for reaching its community, Sydney's southern suburbs.  He is also Co-Director of the Media Project, "Jesus. All About Life".

Karl has been the host of  "Face to Face", a weekly television program shown nationally on the Australian Christian Channel and on cable networks in Asia and the U.K. His radio spots are heard around Australia on Christian radio stations.  Karl is married to Jane and has three children; Timothy, Ainsley & Ellie. 


Rev Julian Dunham - Program Director
Julian began pastoral ministry at New Hope Baptist Church (1991-95) and New Peninsula (1996- 2004).  In 1999 he initiated New Peninsula's highly effective Ministry Training Program and later became Evangelism Pastor.  During this time he was Youth Field Worker with the Baptist Union of Victoria (1998-2002) and Director of the Victorian Christian Youth Convention (1997-2000).

Julian obtained a Bachelor of Theology at the Bible College of Victoria (1991-1996) and was Senior Pastor at Lilydale Baptist Church from 2004 until August 2008. Along with his role with Arrow, Julian works for the Baptist Union of Victoria as New Churches Coordinator; encouraging and supporting church planting. He is an avid reader on leadership and early church literature. Julian and his wife Amanda have four daughters Jemima, Matilda, Mabel & Elsie. 
                          
Rev Sandy Jones - Leadership Development Director
Sandy Jones is Managing Director of Leading ConneXions where she leads a team committed to inspiring excellence in relational leadership.  She invests her time in coaching, mentoring and training both emerging and senior leaders in local churches, denominational leadership, Christian organisations, education, public health and entrepreneurial business ventures. 

Sandy's commitment and passion to see leaders grow and flourish is seen in her work to pioneer the Leader360™, an online leadership review tool, and in developing and leading a 2 year leadership program for newly appointed senior ministers. She is an Anglican minister, a member of the advisory board for the international Lausanne Leadership Development Working Group and the Australian Lausanne Committee.  For the past 6 years Sandy has served as the Director of Mentoring for Arrow.

 

Karen Sell - Curriculum Coordinator
Karen Sell serves at Gymea Baptist Church as a member of the core leadership team, a small group leader, the women’s ministry coordinator and leadership development coordinator. 

She is one of the founding partners of The Learning Community, a learning & development consultancy.  In this role Karen is working to support organizations, learning institutions and churches to design & deliver training and development programs and develop processes which facilitate individuals and teams to reach their potential.

Karen has worked in private and public sector organizations in Human Resources and Training and Development roles.  She has sound understanding of the complexities of organizational structures and experience in working with and supporting a diverse range of staff.  Karen has particular expertise in the analysis, design, development & delivery of customized learning & development solutions.  She is married to Anthony and has two children, Jake & Bethany.

Rev John Gray - New South Wales

John is the Senior minister at St Paul’s Anglican Church in Castle Hill Sydney and was previously Senior Minister at St Johns Park Anglican Church.

Rev Mark O’Brien - Western Australia

Mark is the Team Leader-Pastor of Warnbro Community Church of Christ in Perth‚ Western Australia and part-time lecturer in biblical studies for the Australian College of Ministries‚ a national training body for the Churches of Christ.

Andrew Downes - South Australia

Andrew is  the pastor of the Aldinga Bay Baptist Church. He is married to Jacqui and they have three children, Joram, Letitia, and Jai.

Rev Peter Corney

Peter is the previous Executive Director of Arrow Australia. He is Vicar Emeritus of St Hilary"s Anglican Church Kew.  He was the founding Director of the Institute for Contemporary Christian Leadership‚ based in Melbourne.

Rev Stephen Hale

Stephen is the Bishop of the Eastern Region of the Diocese of Melbourne.  Stephen has been involved with Arrow since it's inception.  He is married to Karen.
